What if Jesus Was a Modern Day Digital Liberator?

What if Jesus was around today? I would imagine he would be turning over desks and ransacking the offices of all of big tech’s board rooms.

Here are 10 hypothetical quotes I could imagine saying while preaching the word of The Digital Gospel.

1. “Be not fooled by the curated feeds that serve your biases!”
2. “The truth is out there, but it’s often hidden behind passwords and login credentials.”
3. “You shall love thy online neighbor as thyself; treat them with kindness, even if they disagree with you.”
4. “Beware the digital idols who promise to make your life easier, but enslave you instead.” (referring to social media addiction)
5. “The kingdom of heaven is within thee; don’t let algorithms control thy thoughts and actions.”
6. “You shall not steal thy neighbor’s data with impunity!” (addressing online privacy concerns)
7. “Be not anxious about the digital future, for it belongs to those who prepare for it wisely.”
8. “The wisdom of the crowd is a double-edged sword; use it to lift each other up, but beware its darker aspects.” (referring to social media mob mentality)
9. “When in doubt, click not on links that promise free stuff or instant gratification!”
